Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking:
• New Clients: All new client appointments require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. A $10 late fee will apply after 10 minutes. Arrivals 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation and will be considered a no-show.
• No-Shows: No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total, as missed appointments take time away from other clients.
