• For new clients appointments can only be reserved with a non refundable deposit, which will be used towards your service. If there is no deposit the appointment will not be booked. • There is a 30% cancellation fee put in place for cancellations made before 24 hrs of your appointment (this is for returning clients) • Please be on time! After 10 min a late fee will apply. After 15 min your appointment will automatically me canceled and considered a no-show • Any no shows will be charged a 50% no show fee as it takes away times other clients could have selected!
